These sugar scrubs are mixed with a soap bar for easy application. The bars fit perfectly in your hand and the oil won't fall to the floor and make an oily, slippery disaster. The soap gives you a bubbly foam as well.

Take a 5 min shower to soften skin
Apply the scrub bar on damp skin with circular motions
Focus on elbows knees, and heels where dead skin accumulates
You can also use as an exfoliant for shaving
Let the scrub sit for 2 min, then rise with water
Apply body lotion on damp skin to seal moisture
For best results, exfoliate 2 time per week
