Remove the shower steamer from the packaging
Place steamer on a shower shelf or on the floor out of the direct water; keep out of direct stream
Shower steamers contain menthol crystals, make sure to wash your hands after handling
Breathe & relax in the steam as the water releases the essential oils from the steamer
Each shower steamer should last for at least 2 showers (assuming out of direct water)
